How far in advance should I place my order?

For our signature cakes, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance. For custom designs or wedding cakes, please place your order at least 2 to 4 weeks before your event to ensure availability.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We offer a limited selection of 'Ready-to-Go' cakes for same-day delivery if ordered before 12:00 PM. Please check our 'Same Day' category for current availability.

How should I store my cake after delivery?

Most of our cakes should be kept refrigerated until 30-60 minutes before serving. Buttercream cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature, while fresh cream and fruit cakes should remain chilled until the moment of consumption.

Do you provide options for dietary restrictions?

Yes, we offer a range of eggless, gluten-free, and reduced-sugar options. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and wheat.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% store credit, as the preparation process has already begun.

Can I customize the message on my cake?

Absolutely! Every cake includes a complimentary chocolate plaque where we can write a custom message of up to 25 characters. You can specify your message in the 'Order Notes' section at checkout.
